Among the distinguished recipients were Wonor Austin Ibu, Commander Patrick Odiong (rtd), Chief Superintendent Iyamba Opinion Daniel, and Major General Okoi Ubi Obono (rtd).
Wonor Austin Ibu, who serves as the Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Security Surveillance, was honored with two prestigious awards: the Outstanding Security Personality Award 2023/2024 and the Professional Excellence Award 2023/2024. His unwavering commitment to enhancing security in Cross River State over the past half-decade has solidified his reputation as a key security stakeholder in the region.
Commander Patrick Odiong (rtd), currently serving as the State Security Adviser to the Southern Senatorial District of Cross River State, was awarded the Distinguished Security Personality Award 2023/2024. His extensive experience and dedication to securing the region have earned him this significant recognition.
Chief Superintendent Iyamba Opinion Daniel FIIPS also received the Distinguished Security Personality Award 2023/2024, acknowledging his exceptional contributions to security management in Cross River State.
In the exclusive award category, Major General Okoi Ubi Obono (rtd), the State Security Adviser of Cross River State, was recognized for his outstanding leadership and strategic oversight in maintaining security across the state.
