According to Danjuma, Nigeria’s security issues have gotten so bad that the nation is now viewed as a laughingstock by the worldwide community and a shame to the world. General Theophilus Y. Danjuma, (retd), a former chief of staff of the Nigerian military, has criticised President Bola Tinubu’s administration for the nation’s ongoing security issues.
According to Danjuma, Nigeria’s security issues have gotten so bad that the nation is now viewed as a laughingstock by the worldwide community and a shame to the world.Speaking at the annual Nwonyo Fishing and Cultural Festival in Taraba State’s Ibbi Local Government Area on Friday, the former head of defence emphasised the need for quick action to address Nigeria’s security issues before they completely overtake the nation.”
Nigerian authorities must take urgent measures to redeem the battered image of the country by addressing the security challenges confronting the nation,” Danjuma was quoted as saying. He stressed that, given the current state of affairs, no one, especially foreigners, would be ready to travel to Nigeria to make investments or visit tourist attractions since they would know full well that their security was not assured.”If we continue to kill and butcher ourselves, no person or group of people will want to come to our state or country,” he declared.
Speaking further, he insisted that all hands must be on deck in order to place “the right pegs in the right holes” and that the government needed to respond immediately to the dire circumstances facing the nation. He went on, saying that before we could draw in an increasing number of foreign investors, “those in positions of authority must work hard to make the country safe for all Nigerians, including foreigners.”
We cannot realise our goals of turning the Nwonyo Fishing and Cultural Festival into an international event if we keep making it unsafe for people to travel about on our roads. “It is regrettable that Nigeria has turned into a laughingstock as a result of the security issues. “We have become a laughing stock to the entire world as the country is currently, and as such, we must redeem our image and put our house in order because right now we are a disgrace to the entire world.”
My name is Ahmet. I’m a bank staff in a Turkish bank. I’ve been looking for someone who has the same nationality as you. A citizen of your country died in the recent earthquake in Turkey, he had in our bank fixed deposit of $11.5 million.
My Bank management is yet to know of his death. If my bank executive finds out about his death ,They would use the funds for themselves and get richer and I would like to prevent that from happening only if I get your cooperation, I knew about it because I was his account manager. Last week my bank management held a meeting for the purpose of a bank audit to note the dormant and abandoned deposit accounts. I know this will happen and that’s why I’m looking for a solution to deal with this situation because if my bank discovers his death, they will divert the funds to the board of directors. I don’t want that to happen.
I request your cooperation to introduce you as the kin/heir of the account as you are of the same nationality as him. There is no risk; the transaction is carried out under a legal agreement that protects you from infringement. I suggest we split the funds, 60/40 and 40 for me. I need this fund for my daughter’s surgery so keep this info confidential. email me so i can provide you with more information. ahmetturkiye1974@outlook.com
How can someone have that amount without a next of kin? It is actually unbelievable and outrageous
