Hadiza Musa Ujah Visits Itega Okpame Community

As part of her effort to expand the activities of Musa Abdulhameed Ujah Foundation, Mrs Hadiza Musa Ujah paid a familiarisation visit to the Chiefs of Itega Okpame Community of Ada Okpoma and interfaced with the community leaders essentially on matters concerning the Intentions and strategies of her Foundation, and the advantages it wishes to dispense to the physically challenges, widows, and the very less privileged in the community.

Earlier, Mrs Ujah had gone on a condolence visit to Okpudu Okpoma to show sympathy to Mr Paul Collins Odey, a senior manager at First Bank whose father would was interned on the 24th of February 2024 at Idigbo Okpoma, a destination that formed part of her solidarity visit to Yala over the week.

She was accompanied to Itega Okpame by her close friend and partner, Mrs Elizabeth Ododa Ofana, also present at the Chief’s residence were Hon Sylvanus Akra, Prince David Alaga, Hon. Okojo Oko, among others.

Mrs Hadiza Musa Ujah met and discussed extensively on her wish to be there for those whose livelihoods are threatened by circumstances birthed by scarcity of resources, arms conflicts, and health challenges. The Chiefs were glad as they prayed for her continued strength and promised to be there for her in all her pursuit of goodness.

Responding on behalf of Chiefs, the Adamijege of Itega Okpame, Chief Williams Odey promised their moral support for her projects, and gave words of appreciation for her visit and gift for the Chiefs.

In a remark, Hon SO Akra expressed his appreciation of the various efforts of Mrs Hadiza Musa-Ujah, as he pointed out in his words, “these are rare accomplishments at a time that we need a helping hand to support those who suffer different levels of disadvantages”, he promised his unwavering support for the works of Musa Abdulhameed Ujah Foundation, which he said are bearing obvious signals of success.

In another reaction, Hon. Okojo Oko also expressed his deep satisfaction with the entire conduct of the occasion, and prayed for peace, progress and fulfillment of the objectives of the foundation, he appealed to all present to put efforts toward healing the hearts of the wounded and deprived in any way they could.
